From brunch to breakfast at midnight, beer is seeping into every nook and cranny of Denver, as the Great American Beer Festival pours into town. There will be an astronomical quantity of beer inside the Convention Center today; here's a taste of two events happening outside the festival. Whether you like your breakfast food before noon or after midnight you're in luck! And of course, both options are served with beer.
Euclid Hall is bringing back a Great American Beer Festival tradition for the fifth year: Avery Brewing Company is teaming up with the restaurant to put on Midnight Breakfast right after the first GABF session today. The multi-course breakfast will be paired with rare Avery beers like 5 Monks, Antonius Carmen, Tectum Et Elix, Fortuna and more. The breakfast gets under way at 10:30 p.m., and tickets are $125. Grab yours here.
For the second year in a row, Old Major chef/owner Justin Brunson and San Francisco’s Magnolia Brewing Company will join forces to host a three-course beer brunch. From 10 a.m. to noon today, diners can dig into a hearty brunch featuring many of Brunson's meaty masterpieces, paired with three beers and set to the music of the Grateful Dead. The brunch is $55; make your reservations here.
