BRU beer dinner serves up the taste of Colorado tonight
Every month Ian Clark, founder of BRU Handbuilt Ales & Eats, showcases his passion for all things food and beer with a monthly beer dinner. In the past Clark has employed such themes as an ode to the honey bee and an ode to the peach. This month's beer dinner will showcase Colorado game.
Tonight's dinner, which starts at 7 p.m., will feature rabbit Crepinette served with cranberry jelly and crisp parsnip, along with Colorado bison and lamb; each dish will be paired with one of BRU's handcrafted brews.
Tickets are $50 and seats are limited. To find out if you can make a reservation, call 720-638-5193. Visit Bru's website to see the complete menu.
