I've cruised by this Mexican joint more times than I can count, and last night, after a long day, I finally pulled into the parking lot, and what I found inside was a gracious staff, a small but festive dining room and a menu that made it hard to choose what to order. I settled on a burrito smothered with hot green chile -- and it was -- plumped with carne asada and specks of fresh jalapeños.
