The Chefs Challenge takes over Mile High Station tonight starting at 5:30 p.m., when twelve of Denver's most celebrated chefs will compete for the top spot. The night promises to be a food-lover's paradise and will feature an auction with items catered to foodies, a cooking demonstration by the 2013 winner, Thach Tran, from ChoLon Bistro, and the main event: a cooking competition featuring a dozen of Denver's top chefs.
Representatives of restaurants including Linger, Root Down, Charcoal, Vesta Dipping Grill, TAG, Opus, Session Kitchen and more will be serving up small plates all night. And, of course, there will be plenty of libations to wash down all the food, including beer and signature cocktails; Sommelier Luke Recine of Jax Glendale will also be offering wine pairings. Tickets are $75 for general admission and $125 for VIP; pick up yours here -- and hurry, because space is limited to only 300 guests.
