On Sunday, September 20, Westword will host DISH, its 21st annual celebration of the Denver dining and drinking scene. More than forty favorite restaurants of Westword food writers and readers will be sampling delectable dishes at DISH, including Chuey Fu's.

Joe Knoblich will be pulling his truck right up to DISH, where he'll be serving a Chuey Fu's original: char shu pork meatball. The pork and beef in the meatball are mixed with char shu (chinese barbecue), baked, then fried to caramelize; the meatballs are then topped with a sweet Chinese mustard.

DISH 2015 runs from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 20 in Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Tickets — which include unlimited samples of food and drink — are $50 for general admission; the $85 VIP ticket includes early admission at 11 a.m. Buy your DISH tickets here — and if you use the promo code "Denverdish," you can get a $25 GA ticket!
