Mondays, throughout the summer:

Cafe Max, which opened three months ago at 2412 East Colfax Avenue, will be hosting wine tastings every other Monday, for $20. Tonight's opening session has been rescheduled for next week, however; call 303-333-0003 for more details.

Tuesday, May 21:

The Belgium beer dinner at Charcoal planned for tonight has been canceled. Call the restaurant at 303-454-0000 for information on upcoming events.

The history of beer in Boulder continues to flow every Tuesday through Saturday through October, at the Boulder History Museum, 1206 Euclid Avenue. The exhibit covers the area's brewing history from the late 1800s to today. General-admission tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children; visit the website for more information.

Thursday, May, 23:

Edge Restaurant & Bar, 1111 14th Street, is welcoming chef Jason Harrison, of the Four Season's Flame Restaurant in Vail for a collaborative dinner with chef Simon Purvis this evening. The "Dueling Chefs" event costs $75 per person and begins at 6:30 p.m. (Wine pairings are available for an additional charge.) Call 303-389-3343 for reservations.

Friday, May 24:

The inaugural Feast! Vail gets under way today and runs through Sunday, May 26. The celebration features a variety of dinners and culinary-infused activities; check the website for a full schedule of events.

Saturday, May 25:

Hops & Hooks, the first in a series of Colorado Women's Beer Club events, starts pouring at 7 p.m. at Rakun, 1147 Santa Fe Drive. The beer-inspired, crafty gathering costs $25, and space is limited (attendees must be 21 or older). For more information, visit the group's Facebook page.
