The two guys pounding drinks at the bar all but demanded we order the dish in the above pic, Brussels sprouts paired with a fan of seared duck breast straddling a sunchoke puree. They didn't steer us wrong. In fact, one wasn't enough to satisfy our cravings, so we did what any full-blooded duck zealot would do -- and ordered two.
