The menu, an otherwise predictable swamp of pedestrian enchiladas, tacos,chiles rellenos, burritos and tamales, swaggers one dish that's worth coming back for -- namely the camarones rancheros, plump shrimp swathed in a garlic-spiked, chile-jolted sauce of tomatoes, onions and cilantro.
