Look, I like arugula just as much as the next herb-obsessed mortal, but it's every-damn-where, including crouching on top of my omelet, which in and of itself, was lovely to look it but not remotely memorable in my mouth. And it's a sad day when a heave of arugula makes a more pronounced impression than the dish it flourishes. Kudos, though, to the saving graces of housemade ketchup and hot sauce.
