Most Mexican restaurants turn out some version of skewered shrimp, usually wrapped in bacon, but this Mexican joint keeps its brocheta minimal, forgoing the pig and threading the stick with plump shrimp and simply grilled vegetables brushed with a tart tomatilo salsa.
