The last time I ordered crab from this restaurant, I was asked to point to the one I wanted from the murky tank. The one I chose, however, somehow landed on the floor, crawling its way across the carpet in a futile attempt to escape its impending doom. Recently, during a late lunch, I ordered the same dish, and this time, it was a textbook snatch from the tank -- no Houdini act -- and while it took me a while to crack all the shells and suck out the flesh, it was well worth the effort.
