Owners Mark and Matt Geist designed the joint with an "old-world ale house in mind," they say. And so Geisty's serves sausages -- with your choice of ten relishes and sauces -- as well as wings, sliders and salads. And beers, of course, including bottled beer and drafts, with an emphasis on Colorado microbrews.
But this place isn't all old-world: There are also six flatscreen TVs, and comfortable booths where you can sit to enjoy the game...and your dogs and beers.
