Kitchen Table Cooking School is now cooking in its new location, at 6380 South Fiddler's Green Circle in Greenwood Village. The new spot is close to light rail, but also has plenty of parking as well as a new incarnation of Espressolé Caffe, where you can enjoy a cup of handcrafted coffee as well as the fantastic view before or after your lesson.

And there are two classes today alone.

Savory Baking Classics runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Grilling from 6 to 9 p.m.; each class is $80. Tomorrow from 6 to 9 p.m., the subject is Ravioli From Scratch; that class is also $80.

In addition to numerous classes for adults, Kitchen Table Cooking School has a lineup of summer instruction for children; find the complete schedule on the Kitchen Table website.

And in September, it will introduce a twelve-week professional culinary school, Colorado Culinary Academy. Says academic director/chef Andy Floyd, "We've designed the culinary program at CCA to be affordable by paring down non-essential techniques, and focusing on hands-on repetition of necessary entry-level restaurant skills. Students will leave our program with strong, practical cooking skills, culinary knowledge and confidence."

Find more information on all of these programs on the Kitchen Table website.
