After the finishing touches are made to those reclaimed-cypress walls, the latest addition to the Larkburger family will open at 11 a.m. today at 340 East Alameda Avenue.

If you've been to any of the other Larkburger locations -- in Greenwood Village, Boulder, Fort Collins or the original in Edwards -- then you already know what to expect: Angus-certified beef, a renewable and sustainable mindset, and fat, greasy burgers.

The light-filled interior; there's also a small patio outside for warm, sunny days. As the sign says, Larkburger aims to keep it natural. The original Larkburger. The tuna burger with parmesan-truffle fries.

And on Saturday, April 30, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., this new location (and this new location only) will be offering $2 Larkburgers as part of its grand-opening celebration.
