Lower48 Kitchen's Mario Nocifera and chef Alexander Figura are launching a new weekly dinner series today. Tuesday Tastings will give guests a chance to indulge in an accessible, three-course menu for $36 per person. And in this initial run, the restaurant will help you stick to your New Year's resolution by creating menus to help you eat healthy.

Through January, the the Tuesday Tastings menu line-up has been designed to help guests keep their New Year's resolutions with dishes that are full-flavored but low in fat. They'll also fall within the themes of Smoke, Fermenting and Pickling, Eggs and Resolution.
