Well, they've hit a few.
The restaurant, which will be operated by managing partner Brian Sifferman, a veteran of Corridor 44 in Larimer Square, will fit the Larimer Associates idea of a neighborhood joint, complete with a community table, dark woods, marble and good lighting. Sean Kelly of Ernie's Bar & Pizza and LoHi SteakBar consulted on the menus, which include upscale bar classics as well as healthier cuisine, such as fish tacos and roasted chicken.
Once they've gotten over those construction hurdles, that is. The new opening day date is now October 12.
