Ondo's Spanish Tapas Bar celebrates its third birthday tonight
Deicy Steinbecker and her husband, Curt, opened Ondo's in 2009.
Ondo's Spanish Tapas Bar, 250 Steele Street, is commemorating three years in business this evening with drink specials -- including $3 Basque cider and $5 house wines -- throughout the night. There will also be a traditional, Basque-style Pintxos bar featuring a variety of tapas for $2 each.
Ondo's was the last Denver restaurant that Jason Sheehan reviewed for Westword before his move to Seattle -- and the tapas bar has lasted longer in Denver than he did in Seattle.
To find out more the anniversary deals, call the restaurant at 303-975-6514.
