Reader: Government has no business telling us what beers we can drink
The news that Corona Light qualifies as heavy-enough to be sold in Colorado bars and restaurants -- just in time for Cinco de Mayo! -- inspired this from mtnrunner2:
Bless you, o omnipotent state government, for permitting us do something we should have been able to do all along without your interference.
I certainly hope SB 60 passes, along with any other bill that truly frees up the market, for example letting other stores sell any strength beer (unfortunately that one died last time). The state has no right to prevent such sales, or to prevent consumers like me from buying it.
