It's certainly becoming big in Denver, where the Kitchen Next Door just opened in Union Station, in a space that was once actually home to a TGI Friday's. The location has been completely transformed and looks nothing like a TGI Friday's, but you don't have to go far to find a similar spot, says one reader...
