I would love to join a class action lawsuit against Yelp. They filter out positive reviews for my restaurant. Their explanation just doesn't fly. Negative reviews by individuals with just 1 or 2 other posts are on my business page. Positive reviews by people with several reviews are filtered. One of my regular customers has 13 reviews for various restaurants but his positive review is filtered from my business page. Reviewers filtered on my page are not filtered on other business pages. Their process does not make sense. What it does is filter out my 4 and 5 star ratings and brings my overall rating down. This is unfair and is bad business practice. I've discouraged ALL my customers from using Yelp and have removed the link to Yelp from my website. They are a fake crock!
