Rioja serves up Tuesday sips and snacks, brings back lobster classics

And that's not the only thing Rioja has cooking. This month, chef Jen Jasinski is resurrecting two Rioja classics that are both featured in her upcoming cookbook: the Maine Lobster Club Sandwich at lunch and the Carnaroli Risotta at dinner.
