This week in Cafe Society, Gretchen Kurtz reviewed the Best New Restaurant in the Best of Denver 2014: Lower48 Kitchen. Lori Midson talked to Shoni Jones, executive chef at the Best New Restaurant at DIA, Root Down at DIA, about the importance of local restaurants for this week's Chef and Tell.
