The Kitchen at 1039 Pearl Street in Boulder will host its monthly Beer & Wine Class tonight. You truly can't go wrong with this month's theme: chocolate. The chefs have come up with a four-course dinner revolving around chocolate, and sommeliers will pair each course with beer and wine; they'll also be on-hand to answer any questions about the chosen libations.
