Up at the Boulder Jax at 928 Pearl Street, the theme of this month's Hosea Rosenberg dinner is Hometown Pride: The Southwest. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and costs $100; sign up at 303-444-1811 or www.jaxfishhouseboulder.com.

At 8 p.m., Jax Fish House Denver, 1539 17th Street, is hosting a Pacific Salmon and Oregon Pinot Noir dinner, served family-style with Penner-Ash wines. A seat is $49; call 303-292-5767 or visit www.jaxfishhousedenver.com.
