Beer geek Peter Archer has joined West End chef Chris Blackwood to pair twenty of Archer's favorite beers (including brews from Oskar Blues, New Belgium, Great Divide, Upslope, Dogfish Head, Golden City and many more) with Blackwood's American fare.
