Tonight: Wine, spirits, two chefs and dinner at Black Pearl

The Infinite Monkey Theorem Winery, along with Peach Street Distillers, a Western Slope vodka, bourbon, gin, grappa and brandy distillery, will round out the libations at Black Pearl, 1529 South Pearl Street, the venue for tonight's wine and spirits dinner spearheaded by Black Pearl chef Kate Horton and Paul Reilly, chef at Encore, the sister restaurant to Black Pearl.

For $75 per person, excluding tax and tip, guests will enjoy passed appetizers and a multi-course dinner, which includes fish, cow, lamb, a duo of desserts and a "Jack and Jenny" truffle tasting. Reservations are limited to forty people; call 303-777-0500 to make yours.
