Zinfandel Advocates & Producers (commonly known as ZAP) will uncork at the Mile High Station, 2027 West Colfax Avenue, and conduct a trade tasting from 2 to 5 p.m. today. All that wine will be available to the public from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., when you can taste wines from 38 wineries (including Barefoot, Gnarly Head, Perry Creek), plus food from such Denver staples as Opus.

Tickets are $40 and can be purchased at www.zinfandel.org or by calling 1-530-274-4900.
