The official start of summer is still more than three weeks away -- but unofficially, once you've cleaned up (or sobered up) from that Memorial Day barbecue, summer is definitely here.

And to encourage long, languid lunches during the hot days ahead, Mary Nguyen has expanded brunch hours at Parallel Seventeen. Starting yesterday, it's now serving brunch seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The menu includes brunch items (chicken and waffles among them), lunch (including a P17 burger) and Nguyen's signature Vietnamese dishes, as well as a bottomless pho option for $17.

And there are also bottomless brunch cocktails starting at $12 -- including mimosas and lychee bellinis.
