Watch Grease in Larimer Square tonight -- and help flood victims
Bill Crow, executive chef Ocean Prime, has cooked up a special dish for tonight, with all proceeds going to Colorado flood relief efforts. The Colorado Lamb Lollipop Chop is finished with a maple Digon and cabernet au jus, and served with warm, fingerling potato salad, red onion and arugula salad tossed in sherry mustard vinaigrette for $22.
That dish is just one of the amenities at the nine restaurants in Larimer Square. Tonight the block will host the final screening in its free, outdoor Summer Film Series: Grease. For more information about the participating restaurants, visit www.larimersquare.com.
