Let the good times roll! February 17 is Fat Tuesday. Beads will fly, Hurricanes will flow and king cakes will crumble all over town as revelers hit the bars and restaurants to mark the start of Mardi Gras. Here are a few deliciously decadent options for Fat Tuesday, before you give up all the fun for Lent.

Stoney's Bar and Grill will host Stone's Gras on Tuesday, featuring a New Orleans-style menu, music, free king cakes and three-for-one Hurricanes and Abita Amber. For more information, visit stoneysbarandgrill.com

The Nickel Denver is celebrating Mardi Gras with a Sazerac barrel release party from 5 to 8 p.m. Celebrate the season with a Whiskey Sazerac, a twist on the Mardi Gras favorite made with spirits specially sourced from Vail-based 10th Mountain Whiskey and Spirit Company. Charcuterie tastes — boudin blanc and andouille sausage made by Western Daughters — and oysters will be available for $1 throughout the party; for more information, head to thenickeldenver.com.

Starting Tuesday and continuing through Friday, both ViewHouse locations will be offering a special menu to celebrate Mardi Gras, featuring crawfish and sausage gumbo, chicken  and andouille jambalaya, grilled lobster etouffee and crispy crawfish — and you can wash it all down with powerful Hurricanes. Jezebel's Southern Bistro and Bar in LoHi is doing Mardi Gras right with voodoo, beads and free whiskey and king cake. The festivities start at 6 p.m.; find out more here.

The West End Tavern in Boulder is holding a Mardi Gras Party with New Orleans food and drink specials. There will be live music by The Reverend Moon Ensemble and the Bi-Annual Wing King Challenge, where the person who eats fifty wings fastest wins free wings for a year, a $100 Big Red F gift card and all the glory that goes with being king.
