Zink Kitchen + Bar, 7801 East Orchard Road, in the lower level of the Double Tree in Englewood, is offering a special three-course menu paired with wine for $50. The menu is available during dinner at Zink until Sunday, January 27.

Starters, choose from: Brown Sugar Brined Pork Belly or Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Gala Apples, Toasted Hazelnuts (Won "Judge's Choice Award" at 2012 Beaujolais Festival).
Plates, choose from: Sherry Cider Reduction, Crème Fraiche Grilled Teres Major Steak with Polenta Croquette, Tomato Chutney, Roasted Shallots, Arugula or Chili Oil Poached White Fish with Avocado, Sesame Greens, Dashi, Radish Slaw, Crispy Ginger.
Desserts, choose from: German Chocolate Flavors or Frozen Panna Cotta, Sorbet, Meringue, or Caramel Vodka Gastrique
