Colfax Avenue runs through the heart of Denver and feeds the soul of this city. So not surprisingly, restaurants and bars — everything from fast-food joints to classic dives to hipster hangouts — abound on this street. And we're photographing them all, in order, from ground zero at Broadway to the east, and then from Broadway to the west.
