Climate Change March in Civic Center Park

Young kids from around Denver marched on May 14, 2011 in Civic Center Park on Saturday to bring awareness about climate change. They were joined by actresses Darryl Hannah (Splash, Blade Runner) and Sheryl Lee (Twin Peaks), in addition to community activists, including Hunter Lovins (Founder and President of Natural Capitol Solutions), Alice Madded (Climate change adviser to former Governor Bill Ritter) and U.S. Congressman Jared Polis. The "iMatter" marches took place from May 7 to 14 in various cities across the world. Photos and words by Brandon Marshall.
