This "India wedding" cake model by Azucar bakery won best wedding cake at the Colorado Chocolate Festival on May 12, 2012.
The fifth-annual Colorado Chocolate Festival included the chocolatier championships, chocolate cake competitions and Andrew Novick's X-Treme Confection Creation. In addition, there were chocolate-and-beer pairings from "chocolate therapist" Julie Pech and a chocolate-pudding eating contest for kids. Chris Morgan brings back these photos for Westword.
