The first-ever Fermentation Festival & Market took over the Highlands Masonic Center this weekend, gathering chefs, breweries and distillers for a two-day-long celebration of everything pickled and preserved. Foodstuffs on display ranged from the traditional (Dae Gee Korean BBQ's kimchi) to the downright inventive (Beer Bites' beer-based jelly). All photos by Lori Midson.
