Funny, a friend and I certainly had what seemed like food poisoning after sharing a meal (eating the exact same things) at Osteria Marco. I called and tried to talk to a manager, but didn't receive a call back. We may have both come down with a 24 hour bug at the same time, but I don't think so. There's so little recourse as a consumer and it is hard to prove.
