The parcel of downtown bounded by 18th, Wazee, 19th and Blake streets is now known as the Dairy Block, a mixed-used development that will soon be home to a multitude of hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and living spaces. One of the first new attractions to open there is Kachina Southwestern Grill, attached to the Maven Hotel, from Sage Restaurant Group. This is the second metro-area Kachina for Sage, but this one has a distinct personality from its older Westminster sibling. Puffy Navajo tacos and other Four Corners dishes are the main draw — and there's also an Airstream trailer inside that will serve walk-up customers. Feast your eyes on downtown's newest eatery.  All photos by Danielle Lirette.
