On Tuesday, April 10, 2012, backers of the Flobots.org Youth Media Studio broke ground on the site at West 10th Avenue and Navajo Street. When it opens in August 2012, the 6,000-square-foot, energy-efficient youth space, built in partnership with the Denver Housing Authority, to write and record music, video and take part in mentorships.
