A mix of amateur chefs and seasoned pros from restaurants like Fruition, Avenue Grill, Vesper Lounge, Mizuna, and Luca d'Italia showed off their best chili recipes at the annual Joy Wine and Spirits Chili Cook-Off on October 20.
