Students organized a walkout and march to the Colorado Capitol to honor Luis Garcia.

East High student Luis Garcia was sitting in a car outside the school on February 13 when he was shot; he passed away March 1. In response, students organized a walkout from the school and a march to the Colorado Capitol on March 3, to demand an end to gun violence and to share their message of fear, sadness and frustration.
