Cochon555 returned to Denver on Sunday, June 24, to give Denver chefs a chance to ham it up.
Cochon555, the annual touring pig-out and chef throwdown, returned to Denver on Sunday, June 24, to make sure pork lovers dined high on the hog once again. Chefs from Spuntino, Il Porcellino, Julep, Blackbelly Butcher, Four by Brother Luck and Ultreia fed the crowd amid a sea of sausage, bacon, chops, loins and trotters. Chef Kyle Foster of Julep was crowned Prince of Pork and will represent Denver in September at Chicago's Grand Cochon.
