We're halfway through 2018, so we just made our picks for the best new restaurants in Denver so far. Here's a tour of all ten eateries to give you a taste of what to expect when you go. You'll find rolling carts loaded with Latin American bites, wood-roasted fish and chicken, imposing slabs of beef, lots of local produce and a heap of street food from Central and South America. We'll continue eating our way through upcoming openings over the next six months to round out our list for the year.
