As they have for years, people flocked to Denver's Civic Center Park on April 20, 2018. This year's celebration, the Mile High 420 Festival, had new organizers, a new approach and a lineup that included Lil Wayne, Lil' Jon and more. But cannabis was still at the center of the festivities.
