Ramen Mafia's Easter Brunch
We were all ears when we heard that the Ramen Mafia was hosting another egg-cellent ramen pop-up, this time with an Easter brunch theme. The noodle crew didn't disappoint, with dye-marinated eggs, Peeps cocktails and plenty of rich, hearty soup for all. This incarnation of Ramen Mafia, founded by Andrew Novick, Jake Norris and Chelsea Keeney, took place at Bellwether.  All photos by Danielle Lirette.
