Cafe Society editor Lori Midson visited Colorado Springs over the weekend to capture these photos from The Broadmoor's "Salute to Escoffier" Grand Buffet. The annual event honors the legacy of famous French chef Auguste Escoffier, with the hotel's culinary team recreating many of his additions to modern cuisine.
