Denver loves Mexican cuisine — especially tacos. The hungry horde showed up at Tacolandia, Westword's tribute to the city's street tacos at Sports Authority Field on Sunday, August 14, to sample the offerings of more than thirty restaurants, taquerias and food trucks. Top taco-makers served everything from pork carnitas to Indian chickpea masala — all heaped on fresh corn or flour tortillas. Mariachi music, classic cars and margaritas spiced up the day as temperatures rose at the weekend's hottest party.  All photos by Danielle Lirette.
