For several weeks, Shantrell, 18, and A.K., 24, have been sleeping on the porch of 500 Park Avenue West, the first of six vacant rowhomes, while others squat inside. Neighbors have been complaining to the city for months, and the city has sent notices to the registered agent of the company that owns the property. That registered agent, an investor in the company, has a very familiar name: Tom Martino, "The Troubleshooter," a man who's built his radio and television career on outting negligent business owners.
