Things to Do

10 things to do for $10 in Denver this weekend (5 free!), December 14-16

Let's face it: winter can be depressing. If the short days and cold weather have you feeling like one of those bummed-out blobs on an antidepressant commercial, don't worry. There's reason -- ten reasons, actually -- to get off the couch and out into the world. From dance parties to an ugly sweater bash to a winter self-care and zine-making workshop, there's plenty to do to fight those winter blues -- and without emptying your wallet. For a full calendar of events, visit the Westword calendar. And as always, if you know of other bargain events this weekend, share them in the comments section.
