Real Is a Feeling at Gildar Gallery (Friday, free) As part of Denver's month of photography, Gildar Gallery will unveil a group show that explores the idea of reality through image reproductions. Inspired by a song by former Denver resident and artist Travis Egedy (a.k.a. Pictureplane), the show will feature works by artists including Devon Dikeou, Mario Zoots and Egedy himself, that all explore the concept of the real through a variety of different lenses.
Denver Disco at Bar Standard (Friday, $5) Though Whit Stillman might claim it's over, disco is definitely not dead at Bar Standard.
