The event promises to be festive and will include cocktails and a silent auction slated for 6 to 7:30 p.m.; a dinner featuring Latin American foods runs from 7:30 to 9 p.m., and a live concert and dancing go from 9 to 10:30 p.m.
The music will be provided by Colombian electronic duo Monareta, which will showcase its unique sound that combines electro-cumbia a kind of updated Latin disco and influences from 80s breakbeat and dub styles. Tickets for the entire package are $150 per person; admission to the concert only is just $25 a head.
